Today, I am sharing a seriously gooey version of our Belgian Brownies!
Homemade honeycomb is so simple to make but looks really impressive! It makes a great gift simply broken into pieces and placed in a jar or gift box. But it can also make a lovely addition to desserts, cakes or simply sprinkled over ice cream!
In this recipe I have stirred it through our Belgian Brownie Mix, which results in a melted, gooey, caramel-like brownie!

Ingredients to bake our Brownies:
To make the Honeycomb:
Note: do not be tempted to touch the mixture, as it will be extremely hot!
5. Remove the mixture from the heat and add in the bicarbonate of soda
6. Give it a quick stir and pour into your prepared dish
7. Place aside to cool and set, this will take about 45 minutes
