We love caramel at the Boutique Bake office and I really wanted to create a healthy alternative topping for our health range. This recipe is so quick and easy and will take any dessert to a whole new level. One of my favourite ways to serve my Healthy Salted Caramel Topping is with my Almond and Cacao Brownies (YUM!) but of course it would be delicious served with fruit or any sort of crumble!
