This is a delicious Lemon Drizzle & Blueberry Cake recipe using my Boutique Bake Lemon Drizzle Cake Mix. Lemon and juicy blueberries are a match made in taste heaven! Also by using our mix, this really will take you no time to whip up and become a domestic goddess in the kitchen!! As it is Mother’s Day, I have baked this cake in a bundt tin, which is a circular shaped cake tin, and then placed some flowers in the centre. If you don’t have a bundt tin, you can simply use a regular round cake tin (approx 9’’) and cut a small circle in the centre of your cake!
